Alumni Resources

There are many opportunities for N.U.in alumni to stay involved after the completion of their semester with the program. In addition to focus groups and opportunities to provide feedback regarding their experiences, N.U.in alumni are a vital part of our on-going success. Since many N.U.in alums continue traveling and working internationally after participation in The N.U.in Program, we encourage you to update the Global Experience Office on your accomplishments so that we can continue to connect you to new opportunities. 

The Global Experience Office has multiple opportunities every year for N.U.in Alumni Ambassadors to speak to prospective and enrolled students about their experiences. Alumni Ambassadors provide valuable first-hand insights to students as they decide whether or not to enroll in The N.U.in Program, and during their preparations for their semester. The Global Experience Office typically opens the application process for Alumni Ambassadors in the winter or early spring of every year. All N.U.in students will receive one copy of their transcript from their semester upon completion of the N.U.in Program. If you are an N.U.in alumnus and would like to request additional transcripts from your N.U.in semester, you will need to work directly with the host institution to make this request:

Boston – Northeastern College of Professional Studies:
Transcripts will be issued by Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. Transcripts from the N.U.in Boston semester are separate from the Undergraduate Northeastern transcripts. Please refer to this website for more information on how to request transcripts.

Canada – McGill University:
Alumni can request official transcripts in Minerva, which requires login credentials. Please visit the IT Knowledge base to view how to obtain your McGill ID and Minerva PIN. Please refer to this website for more information.

China – CIEE (Pre-2022):
Students who participated in the N.U.in China program, transcripts are issued by Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. Students can refer to this website to request official transcripts via Parchment. 

Costa Rica – Universidad Latina de Costa Rica/ICDS:
Students can contact the Study Abroad Office at ICDS to request a copy of their transcript: [email protected].

Czech Republic – University of New York in Prague:
Students can contact the UNYP Registrar to request a copy of their transcript: [email protected]

Students who participated in the N.U.in Germany program, transcripts are issued by Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. Students can refer to this website to request official transcripts via Parchment. 

Germany – CIEE (Post-2022):
Beginning in Fall 2023, in accordance with Northeastern policy, your final letter grades will appear on your Northeastern transcript. Your N.U.in program courses and letter grades will appear on your Northeastern University transcript and will be included in your Northeastern GPA. 

Greece – American College of Thessaloniki:
Beginning in Fall 2023, in accordance with Northeastern policy, your final letter grades will appear on your Northeastern transcript. Your N.U.in program courses and letter grades will appear on your Northeastern University transcript and will be included in your Northeastern GPA.
