Starting in Fall 2023, The N.U.in Program changed how courses are recorded on students’ Northeastern transcripts. Formerly, courses and grades from students’ N.U.in courses appeared on their Northeastern record and transcript as transfer credit. Since Fall 2023, N.U.in courses have been listed directly on students’ Northeastern transcripts with letter grades. We cannot make retroactive changes to the way students’ N.U.in courses from before the Fall 2023 semester appear on their Northeastern transcript.
If you are an N.U.in alumnus who completed their N.U.in program in Fall 2023 or more recently, you can request your official transcript through Northeastern, and this document will include your N.U.in courses and grades. Please refer to this website for more information on how to request transcripts.
If you are an N.U.in alumnus and need a transcript from your N.U.in semester from Fall 2022 or earlier, you will need to contact your program’s partner institution to request an official transcript with your earned numerical and/or letter grades.
Australia – Swinburne University of Technology:
Please refer to this website for more information. When completing the online request form, enter International Study Abroad Program as the Course Title and email [email protected] to provide a mailing address if different from your home address. You will pay $27 AUD per digital copy or $50 AUD per paper copy, and submit your request via their online portal.
Australia – University of Sydney:
Please refer to this website for more information. You will pay $15 AUD and complete a request form in order to receive a digital copy of your transcript.
Boston – Northeastern University*:
Transcripts for the N.U.in Boston program (Fall 2020 & Fall 2021) are issued by Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. Transcripts from the N.U.in Boston program are separate from the Undergraduate Northeastern transcripts. Please refer to this website for more information on how to request transcripts.
Canada – McGill University:
Alumni can request official transcripts in Minerva, which requires login credentials. Please visit the IT Knowledgebase to view how to obtain your McGill ID and Minerva PIN. There is a $15 fee per official transcript requested. Please refer to this website for more information.
China – CIEE:
Transcripts are issued by Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies. Transcripts from the N.U.in China semester are separate from the Undergraduate Northeastern transcripts. Please email [email protected] if you need a copy of your transcript from this program.

Students may request an official paper or electronic transcript from SLU. The eTranscript, in PDF format, is processed through the National Student Clearinghouse, and received within 48 hours. The paper one is mailed out to the postal address selected by the student and takes 1-4 weeks approximately, depending on destination.
